I broke my ankle in 3 places and had to have surgery in September 2021 . A week or so after appointment with the ortho doctor the incision had opened back up and very painful called for appointment and was told ortho couldn’t see me anymore due to my insurance so after a few very painful weeks wound not getting better, I reached out to Julia at Nevin & Witt just yesterday . This morning Shana from there office called me to let me know all was good and ortho office would be calling to see me . I seriously am AMAZED at the quick response to my needs, the above and beyond attention that Julia and Shana gave me. If anyone struggling with understanding medical insurance in’s and out’s save a lot of stress and worry by having the PRO’S at Nevin & Witt help with any insurance needs you may have. I’ve worked with Amber for over 10 years. She was a great help in leading me through the tangles of the various MediGap options when I started Medicare. She helped find the appropriate policy for my mother-in-law. She has helped my wife through the vagaries of ObamaCare, faith-based policies and standard individual policies. Amber is patient with my questions, persistent in looking for solutions and always makes sure our needs are met. Recently she came up with a plan that provided more coverage than the one I had, and cost less. She also found a way to make the change outside of the normal time periods. She Rocks!
